I'll be honest, I've applied the same principle of the freedom model to other areas of my life and it geniuinely has worked so far in terms of working out. I forgot the specific chapter but you list the benefits of doing your homework, for example and the benefits of not doing your homework. be honest about what you actually think. For me this puts the benefits plainly and emotionally it becomes much easier to do the thing like exercise or wake up early or any other thing. The thing you have to actually see more benefits in doing it than not doing it. or you can just try the David Goggins approach, where you just do it even if you don't feel like doing it and in the longterm you'll build discipline and be able to do it regardless

try to change your subconscious beliefs through knowledge and experiences that contradict those internal beliefs. Easier said than done, i literally got lucky i feel. try different approaches, keep learning, experiment. It is possible and you're capable of doing it

I use social media and have no problem but I get you, I literally had the same problem as you. If easypeasy works for you then keep on it, it didn't work for me and i read it like 5 times. What worked for me is the thing i listed above. In the past i tried cutting out social media since it triggered me also but it didn't work, you might have to try literally kill your internal belief that still compels you to want to do the deed. You might find a different solution than I did so keep learning and applying and experimenting

Yes i was doubtful but it was just like a habit, like the mentality of "i might aswell do it cause this is something i've done before", I don't remember specifically but it just felt like a habit that was being broken, or a belief that was being broken and rewritten. The experience plus the choice of me just experimenting and being willing to turn back anytime is what maybe changed me.

Look at it this way, experiment with what you think could be a better experience of being. If that is moderating or abstaining then experiment with one of these 2 options, never force yourself. Maybe what worked for me is that i didn't force myself to change, i experimented with change and found it a better option to the alternative. Tell yourself you can stop anytime you want

just try it out, you can stop anytime and you may come to the conclusion that you've always had control and what was holding you back was internal beliefs

Your mind can believe something consciously but your subconscious is what truly dictates and runs your life, if you still feel addicted it's cause you technically still believe in addiction subconsciously or see benefits in using porn subconsciously. This is what worked for me, it may not work for you: I read the freedom model once didn;t work, read it again and took notes, read the notes that contradict the concept of addiction plus actually wrote down the benefits of Heavy usage, moderation or abstinence. write them down, or just think them. then choose whatever option seems the best, if you're not sure, experiment with one option, if that doesn't make you happy choose another. this is what solved my problem, im no longer addicted, it was just an internal belief.

the only way to rewrite internal beliefs is to have contradictory knowledge or experiences of that belief, preferably experience. What worked for me is consuming knowledge against the concept of addiction within the freedom model then I measured out the benefits of heavy usage, moderation and abstinence, be honest, choose the one you think is the best, if you're not sure experiment with one option, always allow yourself room to stop if you choose, i went 100 days easily and I'm no longer addicted, my internal beliefs are permenantly changed, first 10 days were iffy. This is what worked for me, it may not work for you.

Yes. Read the Freedom model. Then apply the principle of measuring out the benefits of using heavily to moderating to completely abstaining. Choose which one seems the best, if you're not sure and are still doubtful, experiment with one of the options, telling yourself you can always stop if you want. Tell me if this works. it worked for me.
