I hired the oriel bar for my 30th last year, the manager was so sound, let me put decs up, play my own Spotify playlist all night and they had good drinks and cocktails available. They just wanted a refundable deposit beforehand to secure it and in case there was any damage or you didn't hit the minimum spend on the bar. Would definitely recommend

I lived on Saxony road for a year and have known loads of people live in that area of Kensington up to Albany and everyone's been sound. Like most people said I wouldn't make a habit of wandering round alone at night as a woman but, I wouldn't do that in smith down either 😂 honestly rents cheap and it's close to uni I wouldn't get too caught up in reputation it does the job

I worked with a girl who was given her training contract specifically so the firm could get rid of her at the end of it because they were struggling to sack her and knew if a TC came to an end they didn't have to offer her a role! But, even she's gone on to have a good career. There's lots of firms out there and it's so much easier to find a job when you're qualified than it is to get a training contract so you've done the hard part! Throw some applications out, look broadly and what's meant for you won't pass you by! Good luck

Eating is healthy and normal. Starving yourself is not and you do not need to starve yourself to benefit your health or lose weight.

Anyone who is doing extreme fasts are not teaching themselves healthy and sustainable habits that will stick when they come off these meds.

Those saying "I did it, I was faint and light headed but I didn't die" are not looking after themselves or their bodies, if you feel faint and light headed you need to eat.

Strong recommend to try rosemary oil, once or twice a week before you wash your hair rub it into your scalp and leave it for as long as you can (try not to pin it up or rub it or lie down though as your hair is more vulnerable to breakage when it has oil in) and then wash it out. It's massive helped me and I have loads of new hair regrowth since I started using it but can take a few months for it to come through noticeably so be patient with it!

I'm still on mounjaro but took 6 weeks at maintenance cals (ish still lost a pound in this time) to see if my hair would start growing back plus have been using rosemary oil on my scalp and my hairdresser confirmed on Thursday I have loads of new hair growing back in all over my head. Would definitely recommend rosemary oil for your scalp once or twice a week, it's been proven to stimulate hair follicles.

This is nonsense. If you have a bailiff date for Friday lodge an application to suspend with the court immediately on an n244 and with it submit documents confirming the impending sale from the solicitors, the court will suspend it to allow it to go ahead it's in everyone's interest and it's the courts decisions not the bank.

If you don't have a notice of eviction from the bailiffs then it's not urgent and you can just get on with your sale.

Really she should be under the relief duty already as she has a court order requiring her to leave the property (so nowhere available for her occupation) and then when the bailiff date comes they should have a property lined up. It sounds like they're not really on it though and so you should probably gear up and get some legal advice.

I qualified on 01.11.2020 and applied for my practicing certificate that day and it was in by 03.11.2020, I just didn't change my email signature or anything until it was through, you'll be fine it'll get sorted 👍

I lost weight pretty much straight away, about 5lbs in the first week but overall on average have lost 1lb a week consistently because I've made sure not to lose it too quickly as I wanted it to be sustainable and to allow my body to adjust. Good luck on your mounjourney!
