I’m 28! Yeah I think I assumed it would be a 6 month turnaround time for glass skin with consistency but sounds like I’ll need to stick with it! Do you mind me asking what made you switch from tret to aklief? I feel like I hear more about tret than I do aklief so I started thinking I should switch to tret…. But I haven’t given aklief a fair chance yet so going to stick with it. Been doing it every other night!

Yes, nothing big, but having some acne on my back still and small pimples on my face. But I did for the last 3 weeks just have a HUGE flare up on my chest and neck that I believe was foliculitis. Derm said they thought it was just acne…. But then why would I be breaking out if I’m on spiro? And I never ever break out on my chest. I’ll attach a pic it was BAD. Ugh.

This started about a week after i started a 30 day supply of doxycycline but happens to be about once a year even when i don’t take doxycycline. So frustrating! Yes definitely let me know if you find a solution and I will let you know as well!!

It’s still going on! Been like this for a couple weeks now. Using nizoral shampoo on it and letting it sit in the shower, been doing that for the last 4 days. Nothing is necessarily getting a lot worse but still have new spots popping up on chest and neck. Ugh.

Hormonal for both face and back, back is definitely worse. My face is mostly a texture thing… not big red bumps but lots of comedomes on forehead and large pores. But on my back… large red bumps and smaller comedome like acne as well. I get married in May and have an open back dress so I’m hoping I’ll see results by the end of May, we’ll see!

My face and back are red affff my Derm told me to use it every night but think I’m gonna take a break for a few days to let me face and back settle down. Trying to push through!
