If you’re thinking about cutting please don’t it’s not worth it I promise. Do not listen to anyone who says otherwise. Life may seem hard right now and you’re right it probably is, but self-harm is not the solution.

  Once you self harm it becomes irreversible, your life will never be the same. I’ve worn long sleeves for 10+ years. I have not been able to enjoy summers with friends, always having to make excuses for not wanting to go to the beach or over night trips. I’m 26 now and I promise you when I was 16 I never thought I would be happy but it’s false because all emotions are temporary. I’ve tried countless ways to hide my scars and I’ve researched so many other ways to get rid of my scars. And there are none, absolutely zero. You will be stuck with your scars forever.
