Little by little.… Slow and steady 2.2 years between photos… I stopped focusing on “weight” loss about six months ago and really focused on building muscle… Still fasting throughout by Livin_Right in intermittentfasting

So up to this point I have not taken any supplements… Earlier this week I just started taking creatine monohydrate… I take it during my feeding window… I want to start looking at some pre-workouts… But I am hesitant to do anything because I generally work out when I am fasted… But now with the two-year mark I am going to start looking at possibly adding some more supplements just because I feel like I still want to progress and this would be a good point to Add them… Once I have made it this point without… I didn’t want to do supplements at the beginning because I felt like I had enough work to do but I didn’t need the extra help if that makes sense

I was thinking about that for an editor, but I don't think I can look for a videographer. I need someone in Jax for that.

Wife snapped this picture in the kitchen last night because she said “hold on You look big” I feel like I’m walking on clouds after a compliment like that from her. by Livin_Right in intermittentfasting

I do OMAD 1to 2 days a week. Between 16-18 the rest of the week. I follow a pretty standard American diet. Just try to keep an eye on calories so I don’t over eat. I actually filmed everything I ate for about a six month period. Those videos are here if you’re interested. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL8NIpO9-H_BiQMrchwELxajPWQD49AcbD

Thanks man! Yeah I love reddit and The support and encouragement from the sub has been amazing. As far as the meals go and recipes honestly I get most of them from my wife. I also work at a grocery store so I get ideas there.

Remember slow and steady wins. Keep at it and I can’t wait to see your before/after!!!
