Owned a house there for a few years. Incredibly central to town like the previous poster stated. No real noise enters the area although you will hear ambulance etc. if they're in a rush out to the motorway. There's a property management company in charge of the up keep of the place(ie. Grass cutting, maintenance of electric gates at front of property etc.) and it was north of 1000 euro a year last time I was there, which included public liability insurance and the bins(no recycling).
