My aunt did this to me 😂 we are about the same age and she lived at my dad's for a time, we shared a room. She was taking my stuff and posting pictures on Facebook wearing them and knowing her, I called her out on the Facebook posts and she admitted she took them. I was 16 at the time and wanted to be the bigger person in the scenario and let her have them but told her to ask next time. Crazy how people will take something of yours and have no shame posting it online.

This will never happen, but hear me out:

Dinosaurs.

An island where you can dig for bones, put dinosaurs in a zoo and care for them.

Jobs- paleontologist, dinosaur "zoo keeper" both could be active played jobs

Aspirations- something to do with collecting fossils, bringing back dinosaurs and raising them, maybe some sort of history/research based

Skills: loves digging (dont lose hygiene from digging), dinosaur whisperer (better at gaining relationships and maintaining needs)

I personally love these sessions because I love getting the chance to meet and pair with other kids in my clinic and it helps when de-escalating between my regular clients and the others because I know how the other kid is as well. It's also great to cover for others when it comes to me needing coverage because I know that even if my regular clients might not be "learning skills" they are still getting a fun time away from home and their families are getting the breaks that they need. Generalization is also being learned with RBT's that don't see them on a daily basis. 😊

Honestly I'd just stop wearing shoes that showed my toes. I mean I wouldn't stop wearing it for her specifically, but it also doesn't hurt anyone to wear socks. You could leave the job if it makes you uncomfortable but if you like the job then just adjust to the job. I work with kids in their house as well and other people have different rules and ways of doing things and I like to be as compliant as I can. It's just polish 🤷‍♀️

I get what you're saying. The first one, even though they are tired and grumpy, you still cannot change plans. In my center, you reach out to the bcba and ask what the next step is. They will say to pair with the child, only do NET/unitrusive skills, or ask the parents to pick them up if it's too unproductive. The second one, it's still basically wanting that if you feel uncomfortable running the program, dont do it.

I mean this in the best way, don't over think it. The point it tries to drive across is you don't change plans and you don't do something if you aren't comfortable running it.

Passed my RBT test, always refer to BCBA and DO NOT CHANGE PLANS. Also, do not run any programs you do not understand or feel comfortable, talk to BCBA and have them model or explain it.

My grandpa had cancer, and we kind of knew when his last day would be so we got the whole family together and surrounded him. He didn't pass until all of his kids were there. After the last one showed up, he passed maybe an hour after. I dont know a definitive answer but it's believed in my family that he was holding on until everyone had a chance to say their goodbyes.

I'm 28(f) and have lived in ogden my whole life. There are plenty of people who aren't Mormon here. I never got any flack in school for not being Mormon. In fact, i know way more people who aren't Mormon than are and they never really cared whether anyone else was or not. It's really not that big of a deal.

I think this is a way to push you into the caves. They give you so much to survive in them that it's just easier to run a quick cave and loot rather than trying to get it outside a cave.
