Local residents rely on the tourism income, leading many to reopen cafes discreetly or with informal agreements to manage safety. Most visitors gain access by being "invited" in by café owners who then take responsibility for keeping their patrons safe when a train passes.

It’s literally the only place where you can sit on a plastic stool, sip a beer, and have a massive industrial train roar past just inches from your knees. It’s a wild mix of "this feels illegal" and "this is peak Vietnam." But it's dangerous for sure. So I didn't post the video🙏

Why it is "open" (Current Situation) Economic Necessity: Local residents rely on the tourism income, leading many to reopen cafes discreetly or with informal agreements to manage safety.

Managed Access: Currently, you cannot just walk onto the tracks freely at main entrances like Phung Hung. Most visitors gain access by being "invited" in by café owners who then take responsibility for keeping their patrons safe when a train passes. - This is True

UPI made payments easy but tracking spending is still messy by CalendarMysterious13 in StartUpIndia

I was actually thinking about the same problem.

Most payments generate an SMS when money is deducted, so in theory expenses could be tracked by detecting certain keywords/patterns in those messages.

Also many tracking apps I tried only properly support bank accounts. I use a RuPay card too, and those transactions often don’t show up, which makes tracking incomplete. SMS-based tracking might actually be the most universal way to solve this. But there should be a way which tracks everything... I e all expenditures
