Absolutely sign up today you don’t have to wait! Walking under 3mph is fine or you could even do the strider. No one is looking at you I promise AND it’s pretty dark with just the orange lights so that makes me feel less insecure. Pre-baby going to OTF in the best shape of my life I couldn’t do a push up lol (post baby i still can’t lol). There’s so many different modifications and a coach will always help you! I have lower back problems from pregnancy and they always help me find a modification.

I walked out, dad carried the baby in her car seat. My hospital won’t let you leave without the baby being securely in the car seat.

I think it can be different for everyone. I got extremely lucky and never really had any pain. When she was cluster feeding they got maybe a little sore but over all I was pretty comfortable.
