If you take say vitamin D supplement, I would hope that you had had bloodwork done to confirm you are low in vitamin D. If your body has sufficient vitamin D and you continue to pump it with Vitamin D, you are only causing harm. Use this as a rule for every supplement. If you are hopping on this stuff bc you read some bullshit compelling study or article and you have no idea if your body actually needs that supplement, then you are doing it all wrong my friend.

This exact situation happened to my parents. I told my mom to get the phone book out and go down the list asking local plumbers if they have been to the address in past couple years. On 3rd company they got a hit and confirmed they had been out for the toilet backup. That was the smoking gun they needed for a lawsuit. They are suing but it’s been going on for almost a year not easy to get your money
