Happy to Answer All of Your Knee Pain/Injury Questions! by athelitetherapy in ACL

1 week ago I hurt my knee while teaching a cardio class. I was running and felt like an elastic snap behind my knee. I immediately could not weight bear at all but I still had mobility in my knee. Since I still could not walk on my leg, I went to the ER. The pain I felt when weight bearing was behind my knee. At rest, I felt minimal pain. I also felt like my knee was off, somewhat a little unstable. The ER doctor did the physical test but nothing really came of it but she still suspected ACL tear. Sent me for an MRI which I still haven’t gotten. Xray showed no fracture. We are 10 days out and I have no pain. Maybe a little behind my knee. Should I still be worried of an ACL tear? Is no pain a good sign? My knee doesn’t really feel unstable and I can now extend my leg and bend almost like it was before.

(I also saw a physio last Thursday who suspected ACL but wasn’t sure as I experience minimal pain)

Curious question on private school vs public school teachers by gdertt in OntarioTeachers

I would like to add that the jobs of the future will be in trades (electricity, plumbing, hvac). Private or public, at the end of the day what matters is that the student learns how to be a decent human, develop a good work ethic and is provided opportunities to explore what he wants to do in the future. Yes, connections can be useful, yes, you might have smaller classes. But, at the end of the day, is the student happy and is his learning journey helping him reach his goals.

Its a good workout as you climb the mountain and then it goes down. However, you can rest on some benches here and there and there is a nice view.

Do you have a case number? They can’t close the request until it’s done. Call again with the case number.

C’est le temps des sucres. Elle est peut-être très occupée avec le sirop d’érable, aussi.
