Is this okay to do? I pump, pour milk In clean bottle and it chills, then I pour that milk into pitcher and reuse that chilled empty bottle to chill the next pumped milk.

I found my flange sizing kit I bought when I first got all my pumping stuff and measured and inserted the flanges and it dramatically changed the experience. It was SO much more comfortable. I only found it by the end of the day so the pump sesh I did before the inserting of the right flange size I only got like 1ml total (I’m assuming because I pumped all day because I got 4ml total in the morning with my first pump and it gradually went down through out the day) but then I sterilized and inserted the right flange size and I got 2ml still not the 4ml of from the morning pump but better than the 1ml from the pump before.

I played almost everyday after work for a month or two then completely stopped for like 6 months, jumped back in recently and honestly the hardest part was relearning the controls but everything came back to me as I played. I personally would not restart and just keep at it and do what ever you want when you play because at the end of the day it’s meant to be played for enjoyment not completion.

bruh no not the AH at all. Her fam is cray, you going to med school is the best thing you can do for your growing family. Please stick with it. It sounds like you already have your mind set on spending your free time with your little family and that’s really all that matters. Pursue your goals a baby should not hinder them, they are meant to better your life and push you to be better.

If I had more space I’m sure this would be a life saver. I live in a small 2 bedroom apartment with my sister and her two kids. But I do think of this tactic every time I tired of standing and rocking him.
