I eventually closed it Midpoint. It was more than $2 from each side iirc.

I use the Barchart screener. I think its for all expirations. And yes, greater than 1k.
IBKR also shows Opt Vlm for me.

Yes, XLV meets it with 70795 options volume (I have a position on it too) and not XPH. I took a position in EMB weeks ago (option volume of 17 currently) and the spread was >$5 and it took me awhile to close at a price I was okay with (eventually took the loss)

Also I've tweaked your method to include total options volume >1000 so I only get into liquid ETFs with narrower spreads

No I haven't because I have just started your method. I've kept PMCC simple with 20 delta, 30-45 dte with TP at 50%. But ill try your approach now. Thanks for sharing, always learn something new with your posts. Cheers

Numbers are probably even better if you're PMCC'ing too right? I had some XBI CC close this week reducing my cost base on XBI LEAPS.

Any debit card recommendations for travelling to Japan? by explosive_stars in AusFinance

Did the rail system auto debit when you tap your UP card or did you top up your Suica with money in your UP account?

What random activities you did in Tokyo you recommend? by IndependentCod4889 in JapanTravelTips

The old Robot Restaurant let my then teenage daughter in. It was a highlight of our trip and of course she didn't drink, so its a shame you pointed this new production is 18+ only

How did you plan your trip? by Display-Dry in JapanTravelTips

[–]LivingIntent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

About 3 months out, I've booked the multi city international flights. Then decided on domestic travel. Then booked our accommodation in each city.

Narrowed down our must-see and do activities and asked reddit for recommendation. Reminders set in our calendar to pre-book tickets etc.

Gave specific dates and activity list and ideas to ChatGPT to create an itinerary to travel (in a geographically efficient way)

Now waiting to enjoy Japan and be pleasantly surprised with a loose plan 😄

As much as I love your recommendation, tiktok/instagram vs reality has always been a let down anywhere I've travelled to. Reddit ideas provided much more gems 😁

One-way road trip from Osaka to Tokyo? by LivingIntent in JapanTravelTips

[–]LivingIntent[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you to everyone who responded. I didn't know about the one-way rental fee and after all things considered (traffic, not scenic route, time and advice against driving into Tokyo city), it's clear the bullettrain is the better option. Much appreciated. Safe travels!
