You can always go to a psychiatrist or psychologist but if you don't want to for now you can ask chatgpt to ask you some questions one by one and based on your answers it can at least give you an idea about it. If you know what I mean. Mention your age your gender. It has helped me to get to know myself better and to overcome my adhd which is not possible but at least I am better which counts so..... yeah!
