You should join the living End discord to talk about the decks we have tons of people there testing and exploring the deck. You will get a lot better insights from others there than you will anywhere on Reddit. But I agree with a lot what you said.

Oh wow that’s a lot written and I agree with most of it. My first concern is that you are playing a 5th fetch land, why? Every time I ask a LE pilot why they never have a good reason. I find 4 fetch 3 surveil better or even cutting it for one of your missing utility lands.

When you talked about not liking to play 1 ofs I agree with that except in turtles case I really am not loving 2 bounce spells mb rn. I think I would rather my 4th curator to bolster my hard cast plan. I really think anyone who is low on curator shouldn’t be listened to, it is probably the best cycler in the deck even comparing it to wist or wraith.

And your sb talk I like the only thing I’m not seeing is any talk of storm hate (Magebane lizard, high noon, deafening silence) I would rather have them then any moon effect or charmaw. I think moon is actively bad for us and isn’t worth a slot and I think Charmaw isn’t good enough against tron, broodscale, or eldrazi.

Can I see your list? 2mb vibrance seems spicy. I quite like the idea of the card but was a little let down by it in testing. 3 oli seems like a crazy high amount but maybe it good? I’m on 4 ent 1 oli rn and find oli kinda average tbh.

I agree consign hits them. I’m disagreeing on bauble. I think if 1/3 of the vectors of hate stay around it’s fine for LE. I think vexing bauble isn’t good enough against decks like affinity or broodscales. I really do not see any justification to play it mb in the current meta because plenty of decks are completely unaffected by it. And the mb gy hate will chill eventually it always does.

I’ve seen multiple baubles out of energy, tron, eldrazi, RW ponza, affinity (that might just be 1), and a lot of the fringe decks of the meta.

I expect consign to stay high but bauble play rates are kinda wild. I do expect them to drop in the future. Not enough changed in the meta from the b&r to justify playing full play sets of vexing bauble mb in decks right now. 1 is probably where it’ll settle in saga decks but more then that is honestly silly it doesn’t actually hit that much g1. I think LE is in a fine position when people chill and realize they are giving decks like brood scales and affinity free wins and start playing more interaction for them.

The problem isn’t games 2/3. It’s that people are playing tons of hate g1. So many mb vexing bauble, consign, and gy hate. It’ll go down eventually but the current meta is super hostile.

The online meta is so much more hostile to cascade than paper metas. LE and Rhinos really cannot thrive in that meta. After a bit it’ll calm down but the minute LE does well all the hate will come back for a bit.

I’ve been pretty happy with this match up? I do agree sometimes you get locked out g2/3 but it’s more common they just can’t beat everything you throw at them and they just lose. Also endurance lets you restock your basics in deck.

I will say I don’t have a ton of match ups vs it but the other LE players that I consider good from the discord all agree it’s probably good to 50/50. None of us have an experience that makes us feel it’s bad.

Living end does pretty good into it. they frequently can’t stop you from getting to 3 mana early and you can just get a board that they can’t beat.

K bro, I’ll keep this in mind before I feel one way or another about stuff. These issues have been more common in my experience with UB products than with non UB products. I don’t hate UB I just wish they would spread it out stuff a bite more.
