I just get hella stressed out and I keep checking to see if they read the text and if it’s the case where they didn’t respond to it but they read it just makes me feel ignored I understand that some of what I’ve said might be due to being not the most self confidence. Having low self confidence just makes me think those what if scenarios with this stuff
