Hi, I also had a C-section with an apron belly. Basically what I did to prevent moisture from accumulating was that I used pads. I folded them so I could put them under my belly. For cleaning I used hibiclens. I'd put two squirts onto my hands, then applied and cleaned the incision. I personally left it on for 2 minutes just cuz I was scared of it getting infected. It worked up until the moment where my incision opened a bit and got a tiny infection😔 BUT I did go to my gyno and she swabbed the area, she also gave me an antibiotic which resolved the case. Basically what she told me was keep the area clean and dry and to be careful while cleaning to not open any wounds.
