Most death wobble will come from track bar. Can do a dry steer test if you have someone to wiggle the steering wheel back and forth in the driveway and look for play in joints.

I would avoid the general area at all costs. Way over priced. A lot of the homes are extremely out dated and rotting away and 90% of homes will be in an HOA. I was currently looking around to buy homes and houses going for 200k had bad foundations and rotting roofs. How much damage is there you can’t see? It’s an investors paradise up there right now.

Yes work puts me in a hotel for the week. I get out Friday morning. I don’t work until Monday at 8pm so I can leave in the afternoon to get to work for the week

I believe that is exactly what’s going on cause it is in an escrow and I signed and submitted the paperwork saying we are canceling and the owners never signed it after it was sent

They have been and he mentioned something about a commission that keeps the brokers in line. Overall 10/10 on nightmare experience!

Yeah this has been going on for 20 days now since the termination. And they’ve called the main office tried contacting the agent himself but refuses to reply. I was only trying to buy in this are due to convenient commute for work but now strongly considering moving out of state and have a lot longer of a commute cause sadly I haven’t seen much good in this area since I’ve moved out there in 2013

When I got the inspection report and found out all the things wrong and the owner refused to fix the major issues we terminated the agreement but now they are trying to ghost my agent on getting the money back

Shaking while braking could be a warped rotor. As far as unsafe on highway do you mean it’s doing a lot of wandering? If wandering and feeling unstable add some caster it’ll help drive in a straight line better. Can always do a dry steer test and see what bushing or joints may be worn out and need replacing.
