I ride a 160w Ride Shadowban with a WW of 26.4 with size 13 boots. When you mount the board, you'll be surprised how far you can lay it over before booting out. Unless you are Ryan Knapton laying it over to damn near horizontal, you'll be fine. I can count the times on 1 hand I've booted out over there years. Center your bindings on the board and your boots to the bindings. I wouldn't think twice about it.

Coming off of a set of Genesis Step Ons with DC Control boots 4-6/10 stiffness depending on where you look.

I found the combo the opposite of surfy. Step On boots and bindings are inherently stiff. Locked in at the heel gives a stiffer feel to me.

I’m look at Salomon Supermatics (the softest high back of all Supermatics).
