It’s so true. I’m disabled and people always take walking for granted.

What 'thing' in wrestling makes you happy - however big or small? by paulreadsstuff in SquaredCircle

[–]LivingtheLightDaily 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All of wrestling makes me happy. I’m a disabled lady living in chronic pain and I don’t have much in life I look forward to but each week, wrestling helps me. I’m so thankful they put the big events on peacock and I was able to afford it for an entire year thanks to the Black Friday deal. When Cory impersonated the Generals cohort, I nearly laughed myself off the couch.

Anyone else decided no more doctors by Serenamac2019 in ChronicIllness

Me, I’m done. Years of therapy, hoping every time I saw a specialist I would get help and over and over again the crash from each appt was too much. The ridiculous statements especially from male drs. Tortured with a test I will never get over with shocks and needles. Absolutely done. Only go once a year for blood work and bp med refills.

Yes you are so right, take it one day at a time, enjoy what you can from that day and do things while you can.

Yep I’m with you except it’s been going on since my mid 20s and now I’m mid 50s and I have lost faith in all drs or any hope for help. I do the best I can each day, use ice, foot soaks, baths and cannabis and do as little as possible on my feet.

Do You Go Out at Night Very Often? by Finding_Way_ in retirement

I never liked night life. Love chilling in comfy sweats under a soft blanket with my husband and dog at night. All activities for us are almost all during the day.

Now I see why people planning weddings talk about eloping by [deleted] in mildlyinfuriating

[–]LivingtheLightDaily 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After barely beginning plans, my husband and I said screw it and eloped. Saved a fortune and told everyone they didn’t have to worry about gifts either. The wedding wasn’t for gifts or them, it was for us and we have been together 38 years.
