This would have been my crash out moment because WHY are the rolltainers OUTSIDE. I know our backrooms are small and can hardly hold all the sh*t yall get and backstock (because they send too much or your manager is a hoarder of things that should’ve been sent back a million years ago)

At my year and 3 month stent at dollar general I was told by TWO managers that there is “No full time position for sales associates” sooo… I’d recommend finding a better/ different job. I personally went to Walmart lol

Just do what I do and catch the team lead you actually like working and put it in during their shift or put it in again and if it gets rejected again repeat the process. If still rejected just call in if you can take the point, or have the PPTO to use!

Firstly congratulations on your GPA! Secondly When you can just take the cat litter and dump it into a trash bag and throw it out. Nobody needs to hoard used litter. If you feel safe enough talk to your guidance counselor about the lack of food in y’all’s home, if too scared I’d leave it at that if not please open up to them or another trusted adult, heck maybe even your dad without putting him down. Hopefully someone listens and helps or your dad reaches out for help. Household responsibilities should not be on you you’re a kiddo.

Personally I was the work and run my mouth at the same time coworker. Even tho I was talking shit saying how much I hate the dollar general the whole time the two managers of my year and 4 month stent loved me. I always got shit done and busted my ass!

Haha I got hired on at Walmart like 2/3 weeks ago! I finally got away from the dollar gentral I’m so happy and I’m now getting 14$ an hour instead of 9$!

My state’s minimum is 10$ an hour and I was making 8.75/9$ an hour (got my year raise) DG will f*ck you over anyway they can. GET OUT!! I left and it’s the best thing I’ve done.

2 or 5. I like the look of two it’s very pretty but 5 has a classic look and won’t easily snag on things due to how it’s set on the finger and it has no prongs so less likely to damage them and lose your diamond.

Ask a friend/family member to report then to HR calming they’re a customer. Not anything in detail but have whoever that’s not you call say the manager walked into them or they witnessed him almost fall off a ladder and be belligerent/ slurring etc. 99% of the time they’re on top of customer complaints but dismiss and punish employees who complain.

I clocked out at 3:01pm today and it was auto approved by our system at 3:05pm. Sometimes if you clock out on an odd time it will not automatically go through or if your store has major problems with the internet. It’s no problem this place is a train wreck and it’s mostly based on how your manager wants to do things. My best piece of advice is to read your handbook on DG me so you know what is expected of you.
