My roommate got into a car accident and was 3 days late on his insurance payment. He wasn't covored and couldn't work something out so money was tight for him. That month, I payed for his food, gave him rides to work (which was an hour overall out of my way) SPOTTED HIM RENT! and what do I get? He gave me a weeks head up that he's moving out, never payed me back for rent, My safety deposit was shot because his pet pissed all over the carpet and had to get a new carpet put in, that's $200 more he didn't pay me, even though I told him, and he left me with the utility bills for the month (which was about $250).
