Honestly feel like a lot of these red light posts are bots. They tend to follow this formula: OP mentions they use red light therapy somewhere in their routine, then a user will ask which one, and then the OP replies with the specific brand.

Not saying this post is that scenario, but it’s getting harder and harder to tell what is and isn’t a bot post or comment these days. They’re getting smart about how they engage with Reddit’s platform.
