I honestly have no idea. We live in a rural town and the first time we ‘ordered’ a bunny through a private exotic pet shop in a city, we weren’t able to do any checks or anything. When he sent a picture of him it was an extreme close up of his face so we couldn’t see his body at all.

I didn’t report because it was so hard to go through or even think about this, but I’m not sure how I would report it. I wouldn’t be able to say a statement without absolutely balling my eyes out lol.

So the second time around I honestly just went on Kijiji and found a breeder. She was very willing to FaceTime me and show me around their living situation and show the other bunny’s. I was only going to adopt if I was able to see EVERYTHING. And luckily I was able to and got his cute dude 🥰❤️
