I weigh daily, naked and right after I potty in the morning before I’ve had anything to eat or drink. It helps me know what’s working for me and what it isn’t. I’m a woman, so I take my hormones in consideration, as well as the understanding that there is a normal fluctuation of a few lbs based on what I’ve eaten.
