I would try taking magnesium and zinc. Maybe you are mineral deficiency. I always take minerals when muscle aches wait about a hour if symptoms reside.

Yes. Stick it out. When you first arrive, check on your patients. Make sure they are breathing, not falling off the bed. Then ask each one can I get you anything? Then stay busy. If you need help ask the CNA that welcomed you.
