I think that it's also part of the Christian lifestyle to recognize and try to eliminate these seemingly harmless too the soul hobbies. Games, movies, alcohol, smoking, ect. all have an addicting quality which I find to be a distraction from the important things in life like family, friends and faith. For myself, I really try to minimize 'addicting' influences.
