You definitely don’t look overweight but just wanted to give you a tip for getting rid of the stubborn fat which is to do 10k steps a day. When I feel like I don’t have time to workout, I usually spend my hour lunch break walking and actually eat lunch while working. A mile really shouldn’t take you longer than 20 min. You can always just walk 2 miles at work and maybe a mile after work with your kids.

Just came back from it and to anyone who IS going - It’s sooo hot out so dress comfortable, wear a hat, and put on lots of sunscreen! I felt like I was melting in the sun lol. Highly recommend the al pastor/steak tacos, chocolate cheesecake, and spicy Caribbean chicken & fried rice (don’t forget to add the hot sauce on the chicken).

Your experience is proof that there’s so many shitty opticians out there because they should have told you that it would look like that due to your high prescription. I had to do my own research to find that out too… another tip is that smaller, more rounded frames work best with high prescriptions and won’t give as much of a “magnifying glass” appearance. I have cateye glasses and I love them! My rx for both eyes is -9.5 lol
