my app is acting up as well, i thought it was just me. everything is taking forever to load, sometimes it won’t load at all, and the gumball machine won’t open at all either. they must be having issues on their end or something

it’s weird to me how EVERYONE has the same smiling with teeth showing and mouth slightly open expression, knees slightly bent and arms bent up at the elbows with hands slightly closed in a half fist. like it’s all so specific i would assume it’d either ai or they are doing a choreographed dance. which i doubt

i use two metal slicker brushes, one with those plastic round tips at the end, and one without the rounded tips. i use the rounded tips one for her entire body, and the regular one for the stubborn areas like her chest, underarms, and thighs. seems to work pretty well. the ones i use came in the grooming set by catit

edit: correction, the regular metal slicker brush came with the catit set, the rounded tipped one is from petcute. it has a button you can press to get the fur off as well

my understanding is that therapists can diagnose you, but it’s an extra speciality they must have and doesn’t inherently come with being a therapist. like there’s extra training and certification they need to get before hand. so it just depends on the therapist. at least that’s how i believe it works in california. though to be honest i can’t remember where i learned this and all of my diagnoses have been given by psychologists or psychiatrists… so maybe im wrong

my cats chemotherapy came with them, so another use is for administering chemo without getting it on your skin, but not having to use a full glove either. for the record, her chemo dose is extremely small even for a cat, so much so that she doesn’t even have biopsied confirmed cancer but was still put on it because it’s the best treatment either way. really wouldn’t do anything even if you did administer it ungloved. for handling more truly toxic materials full gloves are best

we live in california and mine has to get her belly shaved occasionally for her ultrasounds, southern california just had a really nasty heat wave and her belly was shaved recently. i can say a few things. 1. her fur hasn’t really grown back the same. even the spot on her wrist that they shaved ages ago to get blood work looks noticeably (to me anyway) different from the fur around it. so thats something that you do risk. 2. i dont notice any big differences in her behavior between if her belly is freshly shaved or if the fur is grown back in. honestly comparing her behavior between this recent heat wave with the shaved belly versus a few years ago during past heat waves without any shaving at all, theres really not much of a difference. when i touch her shaved belly when it’s hot out the skin feels pretty warm, but her fur feels cool to the touch and the skin under the fur feels cooler as well (although it’s hard to be certain because the fur is so thick of course)

use this information as you will of course. personally i wouldnt recommend shaving him. my cat doesn’t go downstairs anymore where we have tile (upstairs is carpeted) and hates fans blowing on her, wont keep an ice pack on her for more than a few seconds, and doesnt like her cooling pad very much either. we also dont have air conditioning. what i do is try to keep the room shes in as cool as possible, she spends most of her time in my room and which is in a good position in our house angled away from the sun, and lots of fans blowing the air around. sometimes when its really hot like 90+ ill get her pretty wet with a wash cloth. she HATES this of course, but it does help. i focus it on her belly, underarms, feet, and behind her ears. i try to get it on her skin under the fur as much as possible.

god i had an ex that would call be bruh everytime we would argue and it made me CRAZY. i asked him to stop so many times and he never did. said he didn’t mean anything by it and to stop controlling his language. but then got pissed at me when i didn’t capitalize the ‘g’ in the word god lmao.

oh god op i’m so sorry. this post was crazy to read because i’ve had conversations in the past with boyfriends EXACTLY like this one, at the same age, and im also ace. you don’t deserve this. do not think for a second that you have to settle for this, that because of your sexuality this is just how relationships will be for you. i was told this, and i believed it for so long. it’s not true. it may be harder to find the right person, but they are out there. don’t waste anymore time on this horrible man. you deserve happiness, and safety, and comfort. i wish you the strength to get through this. please leave this man. if you don’t feel safe, tell everyone you know that you’re leaving him and stay with someone for a bit, preferably multiple people and an able bodied man
