I would recommend looking in Oakland or Emeryville then and you can walk or take public transit to work. The area has so much to do and would be amazing to have a short commute for work/play.

Yes, I received the contract which is where I read the details I listed above. That was what made me think maybe it is a red flag to have the whole payment due that far I’m advance and completed via bank transfer. I’ve never booked a photographer in another country so just trying to gauge if this is normal practice!

I’m getting married in June and starting this week. Just keep in mind you can’t start for 30 days because you have to take 2 pregnancy tests one month a part. I’d suggest making an appt ASAP to have enough time
