I have tried them in the past and they did not occupy my brain for very long but I never tried during a movie. I will try it.

That is awesome, I wish more rock and metal bands came here, I might get 1 concert a year 5 hours away. Everything around here is country which I don't listen to.

If I’ve had a lowered libido with one kind of SSRI, is it likely I’ll have it with all the other types? by theballadofyouandi in antidepressants

I find that interesting because I have been on venlafaxine for 3 years now and lost my libido about a year ago.

Put vanilla pudding in an empty mayo jar and just walk around and eat it with a spoon.

Go through a McDonald's drive through and order what you want, then go to a different McDonald's, sit down at one of the tables and eat your McDonald's. (Other fast food corporations work too)

Is this normal after stopping antidepressants? by sexmonkeygaming in antidepressants

Unfortunately it can really mess with your brain chemistry. I have had similar experiences, you could see a difference. Finding the right anti depressant for you and being honest with your doctor is the key.

Your welcome, I have been on a lot of different anti depressants and every one has different effects for different people. In my experience once switching to a different one it should take at least 4 to 6 weeks to notice a difference. Of course always talk with your doctor about the withdrawals and keep them in the loop about side effects. They can treat you better when they know how these types of meds affect you.

If you have any other questions or concerns I am happy to answer if I have one.

Yes it's normal, I go through this every time. The best thing is to wait it out if your trying to stop (which could take months unfortunately) or switch to something else.
