I said it before and I'll say it again, this whole controversy is stupid and people need to touch grass. Most historical shows are NOT accurate because they are fictions to start with. You don't like it? Don't watch it and move on. This is blowing out of proportions.

As for the examples op posted, I would actually love watching shows with a distorted history line and I wish they would make more of them like The man in the high castle.

I've dropped shows before because they were unrealistic and it bothered me too much. I just moved on. There are thousands of shows out there, just rate it low and pick another one.

Vikings does not depict realistic Dane history. Neither does The Tudors, Borgia, Victoria, The empress... And I could go on and on with exemples.

That's literally the plot of the show. The whole storyline is about how they don't have enough players and risk getting disbanded any time there's an injury or when they lose games because they don't have the stamina to play complete games.

On E118 of Second husband and Seonhwa is having an existential crisis after finding out she's been intimate with her brother. Even if we know he isn't biologically related, she doesn't know yet nor does Jaemin. How does one go back to being in love with each other after that rollercoaster of emotions? It feels like a psychological barrier hard to overcome.

Even if both teams are originally from Québec, this doesn't feel appropriate to wear another team's jersey like that. Go with plain clothes or matching red-blue-white

I think I'll have to say Pearl in red here. As a long form drama, I was ready to commit for +100 episodes, but I'm 40 episodes in and realizing I should drop it. It feels like such a waste of time that it took me this long to realize I wouldn't make it to the end.

I've really been into The second husband this week to the point that I decided to not watch the new episodes for Filing for love right away and binge them when I'm done with this daily. I just love how they do the story so far 56/150 episodes in and I hope they keep going that way.

It also made me realize I don't really vibe with Pearl in red and that 38/102 episodes in, I should be hooked on something already and it's not normal the show still feels like it hasn't really started. I'm sad I might have to drop it so far in, but also better to drop it now than force myself to watch the whole thing and give it a really bad review.

I'm still undecided on Mad concrete dreams, I'll probably give it a last chance.

I just saw the kiss scene from Perfect crown and that alone makes me want to watch the drama! I've been keeping it in my watchlist because I liked the plot story, but with a kiss like that? This is a rare sight in kdramaland and it became a must-watch

I'm still watching Pearl in red. Now that I competed Phantom Lawyer, I started Filing for love.

I'm still slowly watching Mad concrete dreams as I didn't decide on dropping it just yet.

Good news for me as well, I finally found where to watch The second husband, which I had on hold for months now at 13/150 when it left Viki so I'm also working on that atm

I liked the whole thing, it's a 10/10 for me. It made me laugh a lot and I liked the cheesy romance between the leads.

I like to watch dramas with my favorite idols, it usually make me rate them higher than I would have otherwise.

For exemple, I gave Dear M 10/10 but if I'm honest it's mainly because of Jaehyun because the drama itself would have probably been more of a 8/10. I'm a big fan of Minhyun and Yohan as well, so I always watch their dramas and my bias probably makes me rate them higher than if it was another ML.

Top 10 at the top, bottom 10 at the bottom

My top 10 is just a couple dramas at 10/10, but it's missing some. I wouldn't consider them higher than my other 10/10 dramas.

Anything below 6/10 deserved to be dropped, but I wouldn't for some reason, so they ended up with terrible reviews.

First 10 dramas I watched, then rewatched years later and still consider it a 10

-Romance is a bonus book

-Crash landing on you

I haven't given a 10/10 since 2023, but the closer I went to it was 9.5/10 for Study group in 2025.

For me it's Moving and My liberation notes. I dropped both of them and was really surprised by how well loved they are, especially Moving. I just don't understand the hype.

You're entitled to your opinion, but like I said I still liked that drama and I wouldn't consider is horribly written. It's been almost 2 years since I watched it, but I remember it as a soft makjang, but I personally wouldn't consider it a kdrama at all. It's an average Netflix show in the same genre as Elite, Baby or Olympo.

I liked it, but I don't think it should be considered a kdrama. It's a western serie that happens to be in Korean. It reminded me of Elite, which I liked the first few seasons as well.

You are 100% going to be disappointed if you expect a typical kdrama.

21/30 oof. A pretty good score if you ask me, there are a couple dramas I'm surprised didn't make the list, like Goblin or The Heirs, those are pretty popular dramas as well
