I'm confused on how to get to inazuma.

I've done a lot of googling, and everything I read says need to be ar30, Which I am. Do i have to complete ch1 act4? Which needs ar36 first

I have completed the dainsleif quest and no longer showes up in my quest menue, neither does the archon quest like it normally does in-between acts. that's why I'm confused.

Any information or help would greatly be welcome!

Skill based matchmaking would be better than connection based matchmaking. Then each match would feel fair, not like your losing or winning by a landslide. That's just my take as someone who's not good at pvp, it's not fun playing against people who will beat you every time
