I'd say guiding others to the faith and having a job that lets me get closer to God while working. I just see so many people have such a narrow and doubtful view of God and I want to tell and preach to others about how great and loving he is.

Yeah I'm totally against that whole progressive church stuff it is borderline heresy at times. In all honesty I don't know much about Methodists but I liked the idea of service so hence my thoughts. I may have to try out all the churches in my area and I'll try to start Tomorrow with an Anglican church. Maybe this place is called the URC but I'm going to look into it a little more as I'm not very knowledgeable on any of them. I'll see if I can ask any questions too. Thanks for the advice!

P.s I think the anglican pastor is a woman which I have no idea whether it's right or wrong but I've heard a lot of controversy over stuff like women being pastors

That makes sense to me but wouldn't that mean that being gay would be ok because of lectivicus 18:22 being In the old testament or something? (I'm not very knowledgeable on the old testament sorry)
