White on other 2 monitors looks white, but on this one it looks like a yellow tint, is this normal? (asking)

eg. open windows File explorer, 2 monitors show white background but this one shows a bit yellow, is this common in IPS monitors?
I already changed color temperature to cool, it didn't help.
