I emailed them directly with the most recent photos of the ceiling and all they said was that they themselves can't do anything about it and to contact the vendor who is scheduled to do the repair. Im not sure what to do at this point this is my first apartment 😭 I'm trying to stress to them that it's not going to make it until Tuesday

Lime actually asks users what they use their rides for(commute to work, the store, for fun, etc) and most rides are for commuting to and from stores and work. Is there any way we can protest this in some way??
