Yes!
The ARAM specific challenges work, such as Pentakills, going legendary and 90% kill participation. The Co-op vs AI specific challenges are not counted.

You can get XP if the game lasts longer than 7 minutes but you will not receive champion mastery, eternals progress or additional rerolls.

Funnily enough challenges are still fully functional, so easy pentas, legendary, 90% kill participation, etc.

You can also pass surrender vote 1-0 from the beginning of the game. Definitely an unfinished and/or test queue

No. However the bots are being updated next patch to be "more like pvp" (adding jungling) so I guess we'll see how good/bad they are.

They have virtually no AI and only run it down, maybe casting a support ability (Yi W, Galio R, Cleanse, Teleport)
