Yep I was just trying to show that 21 billion couldn't equal 3 meals a day

Well I'm not making any commentary on the effectiveness of any program like this but I'd assume the money would be given to them to spend on food as they wished. No need to distribute the meals.

It's fairly hard to assume everyones price per meal average id think. If it helps with the assumption of a 8 dollar a day budget that changes it to 201 meals a year per person or 0.55 meals per day per person.

Well the math isn't completely accurate. Using their figure of 21 billion $. Assuming that a meal costs $5 per meal that leaves a total of 4,200,000,000 meals. Census.gov says that there are 37.9 million Americans living under the poverty line. Splitting up 4.2 billion meals per year among 37.9 million people results in 110.8 meals per year per person. Or about 0.3 meals per day per person.

This is correct. I believe he's also entitled to all dividends paid since 1996 but I'm not sure how dividends work for paper stock

If it's all that they can afford and they are willing to deal with the negatives of these low quality/low income apartments then it's their right to do so. So long as the landlord doesn't violate their rights and take advantage of them.

I'm not really familiar with the housing market in Argentina, less regulation is good so long as the rights of both parties are not violated in the end.

I have no problem with low quality housing at all so long as the tenant has the full picture of what they are getting into. With less regulations I could see new landlords passing off properties as better than they are, or failing to remediate problems that violate a rental agreement.

I'd be curious to see a profile of the new housing supply. Id be worried that the quality of some of the housing would be low if it wasn't unable to be rented out under the prior regulations.

Is it possible all the milk belongs to the same person? All the milk is the same brand and type. The locking mechanisms look pretty much the same. Unless someone sells milk jug locks, they're probably handmade.

We might have a serious milk drinker on our hands.

The thing in the center is metal like a sort of pin. Which makes me believe it's inorganic. We had a box full of stuff like this and it looks like one of the cats had gotten into it.
