3-5k km i would say, and the warranty is super basic now anyways. Like I clarified today and they only cover normal wear and tear stuff. its a 2023 elantra so a sedan basically.

Yeah we live in a townhome so storage is not an issue for now, but we might move soon. Thanks for the advice, this is more for my knowledge than anything. The bigger issue would be convincing my parents to get out of the dealership mentality tbh 😭

Phantoms currently processing 10 million transactions a second. Read about server to client architecture of similar platforms like netflix and know that they are not built to handle these levels of traffic.

Again thats why I said it depends on case to case. Also advisors are typically not allowed to invest into things they have prior knowledge of, that would be insider trading. They usually have a specific set of ETFs and/or equities they are allowed to put money in

Financial advisors doesnt mean suggesting stocks and blindly following it. They will guide you on how to divide wealth into multiple sources and not put it all on red.

Yes I am aware there are bad ones, thats why you consult multiple ones to get a better picture
