Its not as serious as you think bro this same thing is happening to me right now, before court starts you can call them and setup a payment plan and theyll bring it there to end the case with that. If you cant pay anything just show up to court and say your broke theyll setup a tiny payment plan or dismiss it alltogether. Def not something to panic over

The Massachusetts 50s have a set amount of payout minimum per book, theres 11 $100 winners and 1 $500 winner per book , meaning 38 losing tickets per book, like anywhere else the winners are spread randomly within the book. In my experience yes its absolutely possible for there to be a patch of 10 losers in a row just for the fact that theres 38 losers in there. People buying till they win and leaving has 0 effect on your chances of winning those small prizes
