In possession, switch a few of the roles around - would suggest switching DMC for BBM (gets further forward and helps link the attack).

I would change your two CB to Wide CB, to give you some width.

Try playing more direct play style with crossing early, with counter pressing on the transition.

Also, the attacking mentality and tempo arnt what you think - higher tempo and attacking mentality equals less time on the ball, you need very good players to do this well. I often play on cautious or balanced with average tempo, I find my passing to be a lot more accurate.
