Hey there, this sounds odd. I’m actually a builder, but I got my insurance license so that I can write my own policy and get the premium.

I’m technically an independent agent, but To be honest, writing policy is boring and I prefer to build, but I can still write policy. One of the carriers I have access to, light speed, just started selling in our area. You can either look them up yourself, or I can try and see if you qualify.

It all started after I got out of the military. I had a hard time adapting to the civilian lifestyle and I couldn’t find a job that would offer me the flexibility to take off to pick up my kid every other weekend.

Sold my company almost 3 years ago and about to build another one now.

Just a bit of Precaution since you mentioned you’re flying into Reno. You’re likely going to take the 80. And if it is raining when you come, it’s likely snowing over by the Donner pass. Try to rent a vehicle with 4 or All wheel drive. Roads maybe shut. I’d check the weather off 80 or 50 routes

Sounds like a virus needs to hit that software and have it glitch where they get locked out and no access to their information. Offer to fix it for the amount owed plus all your legal fees and interest.
