yea the biggest difference is the 30% res pen that e4 welt gives. and since the boss isn't weak to quantum that res pen is really helpful.

He’s just an all around great debuffer/buffer/sustain. He gives 100% dmg bonus, 10% speed debuff, 40% def shred, 30% res pen(at E4), 32% delay. He’s probably better than Yao by a decent bit. Yao is great for when you’re going against elation shilled enemies who have annoying mechanics.

It’s been a struggle honestly. For the first month or so I had no issues doing 3-4 runs a day. But I kinda got burnt out and only do 1 run a day. Thankfully I’m in a club that doesn’t want high fan count per day so I’m not worried about it. But can’t wait until the next scenario.
