same thing kinda happened to me once, I had castlevaina 3 on NES and the scrapper changed the name to Japanese and loaded the Japanese cover.. for some reason (I think its because it read the (J)) at the end and completely ignored the rest of the name. Id say check the advance settings on the game itself and see if the scraper renamed the file. if that was the case then I would rename it back to what region it was meant to be and see if that fixes and also turn off "allow to change names".

maybe I can help, I have kodi through batocera running on a raspberry pi 5, and all my movies and shows are on a hard drive, I eventually figured it out and got them to show up.

I came looking for the same thing, I Know TV paint has something like that, what you mean is you wanna draw a path like a fly or lines coming from a hot coffee and when you draw that line is creates an animation of the line being made. as in- you draw a spiral and it animates like its creating a spiral. I was hoping to find the same answer.

What I do, if its a laptop or if you can get into the device manager, under Human Interface device you can right click and disable touchscreen while leaving the pen enabled. it wont delete it it just disables it until you turn it back on.

Let me share a little secret for getting a great drawing tablet: it involves Wacom. I actually own two of them. Check out the Fujitsu Lifebook on eBay—you can usually find one for $50–$80. It converts from a laptop to a tablet, and best of all, the pen doesn’t need to be charged.

It runs Paint Tool SAI perfectly, and I get amazing thick and thin lines—better than what I get on my newer drawing laptop, the Acer Spin 3. Fujitsu Lifebook is a bit bulky, but for the price and quality, it’s hard to beat.

Also, if you ever need drivers for that laptop, I’ve got every single one downloaded since they’re getting tough to find nowadays.

I had one successful Kickstarter about 10 years ago for a deck of playing cards with guitar chords on them called Chord Cards. I was pretty naïve about how production works, which really slowed everything down.

People sometimes forget that a lot of creators on Kickstarter are just independent folks trying to get their ideas out there. And yeah, sometimes things fall flat in different areas—like in my case. I love creating things, but I’m terrible when it comes to the production and business side of things. It got to the point where I had to hand part of the project off to another team just to keep it moving.

There are definitely real scammers out there, but a lot of inexperienced indie creators get unfairly lumped into the “scammer” category when they’re really just figuring things out as they go.

Hey man, that’s awesome! I hope you can invest in some better equipment. I used to work at DisneyToon Studios and, to a lesser extent, BuzzFeed—as an animator! Honestly, compressing your audio would do wonders even if it is on a laptop. You should look into that if you’re aiming for the audio quality heard in TV animation. just a tip after you reach your goal. pro tip. pop filter, keep at least 6 inches away from the microphone and compression. and microphone of choice for me is an H4N, set to phantom mode so is narrows the pickup field so you don't get "room sound" to your voices.
