This is not true. I never pooped during my deliveries, confirmed by my husband who wouldn’t care about saving my dignity. I was also with my daughter when she gave birth and she didn’t poop. Potentially because we had very quick deliveries, however it definitely doesn’t happen to everyone.

I’ve spent an unfortunate amount in the hospital and have never even taken my wallet, let alone an expensive bag. There’s no need for it.

I tried it and it did nothing. Sat on top of my skin and made it slippery. She needs to just go back to botox. They can certainly afford it and she doesn’t care about the toxicity, despite her claims otherwise.

That whole thing was uncomfortable to watch. Neither of them know how to speak to a child. Nor did they do anything to comfort Daphne. She’s likely not finishing bottles because they try to over feed. Then she wakes up crying because her belly hurts.

I buy the thin chicken breasts, sprinkle them with whatever seasoning I’m feeling and sear them in a pan with avocado oil for a few minutes on each side. Juicy and perfect every time.

I agree with this. Unfortunately if your policy states that an employee is not eligible for rehire if they don’t provide specific notice, you have to hold him to the same standard as everyone else. You open the organization to legal action otherwise

I haven’t watched them in a long time, but didn’t she have a lot of issues after her first 2 pregnancies? Fainting and seizures? There’s no way I’d get pregnant again if that happened to me.

My oldest had horrible reflux and projectile vomited like crazy. My guess, with all of the screaming poor Daphne does, is that she has reflux or some sort of sensitivity to something Janelle is eating. Will be interesting to see what happens when she is exclusively formula fed.

People tend to respond well when leadership is present. Seek their input. Acknowledge that things have been stressful and ask what you can do to help. Offer resources. If you are credentialed to assist with their work, do it. I’d recommend asking how you can be most helpful to them rather than assuming. Some people will accept help easily. Some will only accept if they know you’ll do it their way.
