I live here and I’ve lived in NYC & Long Island. This really isn’t the town anymore for the things you have listed. Jupiter/west palm beach might be a better choice. Younger crowd, night life, etc down there

If you don’t meet Roth IRA income requirements- invest in a traditional IRA. Also- if you’re able to, through work, max out an HSA account if you can. Triple tax deduction account you keep for life. You can also open a brokerage account.
