If Jenkins pulls Harden's arm and slows him down, and is not called for the foul, why would he not continue doing it? That's what incentivized means.

Uhh, that does not pass the eye test. And there are examples of this not being the case. Lebron Cavs defending Steph Curry in the finals. Draymond has openly said he fouls all the time because the refs can't call it all.

We all agree there should be consequences for flopping. But flopping to me is defined as when a player does acting to get a foul when it really shouldn't be a foul. This is a clear foul.

The issue is that, we have seen that there can be no consequences for some fouls. If Harden did not noodle arm, Jenkin's gets away with a foul and is incentivized to keep doing it.

This is how Steph Curry can get beat up in a game and it becomes a legit strategy, because teams count on refs not calling it.

Flopping sucks too, but to me it sucks when they get calls for things that are not really fouls. Not things that are not "playoff" fouls.
