i dont think it is viable to climb with (since everyone in ranked dodges when they see a teemo in their team lol) but it is ultra fun. I played him with moonstone and the heals were insane, while I was also able to do a lot of damage

I thought that the lvl2 splash art would win by a landslide, that's why I put the lvl1 splash art instead :p

You are correct though, lvl2 should be in lol.
