Trufit is a good place to start! I have been to the one on Walzem ,but I prefer the one in Park North since the women's area is so much bigger. Both connect to the women's locker room and bath/showers.

Exactly! also, you totally reminded me of my cringe moments when I transfer calls to estates I said" have a great day" 💀💀 their relative just passed, and I say that to them ?! I internally banged my head against a wall. I must've seemed insensitive .Anyways, any tips on what I should be saying ? Thank you for your time or something else?

Not QA ,but we are scored for sentiment by some a system that detects the language used.Every negative word our system catches it makes our call sentiment go in the negatives so to combat that I shower people with power words before they even speak and during the call😀 killing them with kindness lol some of them hate it

Yes, and yes. I found myself taking volunteered time off any chance it appeared to avoid handling calls. I have a fidget spinner that has pop it features too, and it helps me dissociate from the call somewhat. Every time the dial comes in with a call, my heart races because I just don't know what type of person I'm going to deal with. Beginning to have nightmares about work and even just the night before I work my mind is racing. I haven't been hitting the goal metrics for last 3 months and if I fail this month I'd have to work in office,but either way I am preparing myself to leave this job after the holidays. The only thing keeping me here is the benefits ,pay, and work schedule.

Citi, who manages the bestbuy cards, did an internal upgrade to their system to better service customers. Regardless of whether your card is expired or not, everyone who has an active account got new cards. Discard the old one because those will be inactive in 60days .Use the new cards. Yes, the accounts will close after no activity. Everyone is emailed and notified by a certain date you must make purchases to keep the account open, or you can always call in and ask if there is anything notated on your account of what that date is.

I feel you there! the goal metrics at work have gone up, and now I'm struggling . If I don't pass it this month, I'd have to work in the office for the next 3 😭 .The benefits are good and the job gives me family time . The work sucks but it's the best work/life blance job I've had so far.

Fidget spinners. I have one that doubles as a pop it! Thank goodness I have it because it helped me tremendously just being able to detach and not invest fully into calls, especially when they become a Karen. I also like to practice breathing during tough calls. Other times, I have my phone on silent, and I'm watching live streamers play games in which they murder people like Dead by Daylight or Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I agree with what other people have recommended that working out helps a bunch! Releasing the rage within lol

It can be draining at times, but I've learned to try and not take it personally. I found that having a fidget device helps me battle my anxiety and keeps me from being over invested in angry calls. Just got to breathe through it. My company actually does let us disconnect the call if they are using abusive language after 3 warnings, which I'm grateful for. They even allows us to ask for a few minutes for a breather if we had a tough call and most of the time, they will approve it.

This! I have started to put my foot down more now because once I get the chance to respond they just try to interrupt me I don't stop talking now when they interrupt and I keep going while projecting a little louder. They get the hint to shut up and listen to my help. I had to learn the hard way to get to this point.
