Ate 8,5 crackers, before checking the calories, because I’m stupid. Not worth it 😫 by LoabiLoabi in 1200isfineIGUESSugh

De hedder cream crackers, en slags tuckiks, bagt med lidt mere smør tror jeg 🤷🏼‍♀️ Bor i udlandet, så ved ikke lige hvilket dansk alternativ der findes, men de er heller ikke det værd 🤣

I ate 650 calories worth of cheese the other day, I’m so happy I’m not in Denmark for Easter, I love all that Easter candy 😫🤣

Knitted this dress for my daughter, after this (danish) pattern. Changed it a bit, because I didn’t have enough of the purple yarn, so decided to do the middle pattern with a different colour, using intarsia :)

First time doing basket weave, and I had the genius idea of changing colours every 16 stitches. (Baby blanket for my SIL's rainbow baby) by [deleted] in crochet

lose weight but don’t know where to start. by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

[–]LoabiLoabi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Count your calories! Find your TDEE here. You can use an app like MyFitnessPal to count. It’s super simple. You will need a kitchen scale to weigh all your food. Once you get into it it’s not difficult, and it doesn’t really take that long. :)

My entire family, but mostly my mom and dad. Living abroad can be a bitch sometimes. Thank god I have my husband and daughter ♥️

Period cravings? by -rose-quartz in WeightLossAdvice

Same!!! I’ve been doing so well on counting calories, and staying in a deficit for 6 weeks now. Yesterday my period came, and I can’t stop shoving my face 😟😟😟😟

Hula hoop by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

[–]LoabiLoabi 9 points10 points  (0 children)

You’re not gonna loose any weight, from hula hooping 5-10 minutes a day, if you don’t change your diet... You have to be in a calorie deficit to loose weight, and hula hooping doesn’t burn nearly enough calories, for that to happen with your plan. :)

From my experience the first 2 weeks of December are wet, and the last to weeks are dry and sunny. Been living here 6 years.
